I know just about 90 percent of americans are in debt or having money troubles. Hello everyone I know that everyone here must have financial problems or they would not have posted messages in reference in needing money. I am having problems also now dont get me wrong or just me just yet I am a mother of 2 I work and God has blessed me with an apartment I just need help moving into a new complex that is not crime infested or falling apart I cant get leasing agents tp get past my old Rental history from years ago I had made mistakes and I have paid some of the money I could afford back but that does not show up when you fill out an apartment app I live In Dallas TX I just want some help from someone in raelty with apartment complexes that will be willing to work with me thank you

My advice is to get your mother to a social security office. If she is unable to work, there should be some help available. If not from them, maybe they can suggest a source.

My advice is to communicate with your mortgage holder asap to see what can be worked out BEFORE foreclosure. If you don't, they will have no mercy, but if you do, they may be helpful in getting you out of your current situation and into something you can afford.
